The ideal candidate has a background in the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will help customers select and purchase jewellery or timepieces, offering your expertise to ensure a memorable shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities :

• Customer Service : Greet and engage with customers, providing a warm and friendly shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our jewellery and watch collections to effectively guide customers in their selections.
• Sales and Advice : Offer personalised recommendations and advice on styles, trends, and care for jewellery and timepieces.
• Transactions: Handle sales transactions, including cash and card payments, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Store Maintenance : Keep the shop and showcases clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Customer Relationship Building : Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues to achieve store sales goals and maintain a harmonious team environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in Hospitality : A background in hospitality, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people.
• Excellent Communication Skills : Clear and effective communication with customers and team members.
• Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate transactions and appealing merchandise displays.
